EXOTIC CAR RENTAL FACTS

The following are Frequently Asked Questions regarding RAV's Rental Terms and Conditions. This section should answer most of your questions you might have about renting an exotic sports car from Rent-a-Vette Phoenix.

What are your hours of operation?

Open Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
Open Sat & Sun 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
Open 24 hrs. for late night or early drop off with advance reservations.

Can I return my vehicle after-hours?

Yes, drop-off after normal business hours must be pre-arranged at the time of rental. In most cases, a rental agent will meet you at the pre-determined time at our office, check in your vehicle, and provide transportation to your Resort or Airport. "AFTER HOURS PICKUP OR DELIVERY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY"

How are rentals priced?

All rental rates are for a 24-hour period starting when you leave our office.

How old do I need to be to rent a car from RAV?

All renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age.

What type of drivers license is acceptable?

All renters must present a valid drivers license, with photograph, at the time of rental.

How do I make a reservation?

By PHONE: To make a guaranteed reservation, we need a credit card number in the renter's name. You can supply this information over the phone at 1-888-308-5995. After making a reservation you will be guaranteed your chosen vehicle baring any unforeseen circumstances (accidents or service needed). If you need to cancel your reservation we ask for three (3) days prior notice to avoid a one day rental charge to the credit card provided to secure the reservation.

ONLINE: You can make a car reservation online by clicking here...however, please note that an online reservation is subject to availability, and is only considered final and guaranteed, when given approval by return email within 48 hours of online reservation.

Do I need a credit card to rent a car from RAV?

Yes, you must present a valid credit card in your name at the time of rental. Credit Card cannot be a bank or debit card, nor a corporate credit card, unless you own the business. A credit card authorization approval will be requested at the time of rental to be used as a deposit. Please note, this is only an authorization, not a charge. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cash and bank/debit cards are only accepted towards your final total when the vehicle is returned.

Are additional drivers permitted?

Yes, one (1) additional driver is permitted at no additional charge. Additional drivers must meet the same age and drivers license requirements and be present at the time of rental. If the additional driver is not a family member, they will also need to meet the same credit card requirements.

How do I get my vehicle?

We offer a complimentary shuttle service from the airport or your hotel. We are located minutes away from the airport and most Phoenix Metro locations. When making your reservation, we will arrange an approximate pick-up time. On the day of your rental, we will ask you to call our office at 480-941-3001 to arrange an exact pick-up time and location.

What coverage is offered?

The daily rental rate for the vehicles assume the renter will be responsible for the full value of the car and do not include any insurance coverage. All renters must have full coverage insurance under their own personal name and show proof at time of rental. In some cases, we can provide insurance, and arrangements can be made for this at the time you place your reservation. Please ask the rental agent for our guidelines.

I don't know how to drive this car!!

Do not worry! Before you leave, one of our customer service representatives will spend extensive time with you to show the proper operation of all controls and to make sure you are comfortable with the vehicle. Most importantly, we will show you how to put the convertible top down. Do let us know if you are not comfortable driving a manual transmission. We offer many great sports cars and convertibles with automatic transmissions.
